Pvdtfc is committed to providing our customers with a convenient and reliable logistics experience. Unless otherwise specified, we offer free standard shipping on all orders; no additional base shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Once we have confirmed receipt of your order and payment, we typically complete the verification, packaging, and dispatch arrangements within 1–2 business days.
As soon as your items have been shipped, our system will automatically send a confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain detailed order information and a shipping tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
If your order contains multiple items, some may be shipped separately from different warehouses; consequently, you may receive multiple packages. The corresponding shipping details for each package will be listed individually in the shipping notification email.
Estimated Delivery Times
From the date of dispatch, packages are expected to arrive within 7–14 days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country/region and the efficiency of the shipping carrier.
Uncontrollable factors—such as delivery to remote areas, public holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, or public health crises—may cause actual delivery times to exceed the estimated timeframe. While we will actively assist in tracking and following up on such cases, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee regarding the final delivery schedule.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
You can track your shipment's progress directly via the link provided in your shipping notification email, or by entering your tracking number on the shipping carrier's official website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of receiving your shipping notification, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we may verify and resolve the issue for you.
Customs Duties and Import Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, the customs authorities in the destination country or region may levy customs duties, VAT, or other import fees.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The specific rates and charges are determined by the local customs authorities and the shipping carrier; Pvdtfc has no control over these charges and cannot waive them in advance.
During the customs declaration process, we endeavor to accurately declare the category and value of the goods; however, the final fees charged are subject to the discretion of the local customs authorities.
We recommend that you consult with your local customs office prior to placing an order to avoid any unnecessary delays or additional expenses.
Shipping Information and Order Modifications
Please carefully verify the recipient's name, full shipping address, postal code, and contact details when placing your order.
If you need to modify your shipping information or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the packing or shipping stage, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be directly recalled; however, you may request a refund through our return process after you have received and signed for the package.
Handling of Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, or if the status shows "Delivered" but you have not actually received it, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in contacting the carrier to initiate an investigation or file a claim.
Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
If your items are damaged during transit, please provide the following materials within 7 days of receipt to facilitate processing:
- Your Order Number and Recipient Name;
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging;
- A photo of the shipping label or waybill (if visible).
Once we receive all the required information, we will review your case as soon as possible and propose a solution involving an exchange, replacement shipment, or refund.
To maximize the likelihood of a successful claim, please be sure to retain the original packaging and shipping label until the issue has been fully resolved.
Package Receipt and Third-Party Collection
If the shipping status indicates "Delivered" but you did not personally receive the package, please first check with family members, neighbors, or your building management/reception to see if they accepted it on your behalf.
In the event of an erroneous delivery, loss, or theft, please contact both the carrier and us immediately, and assist in providing any necessary supporting documentation.
Notes on Peak Periods
During major promotional events, public holidays, and peak shipping seasons, order processing and delivery may experience delays. We will provide advance notice regarding estimated timelines via announcements on our website or email notifications; we recommend placing your orders early to avoid potential wait times.
