Order Processing and Shipping
After an order is submitted, we typically complete processing and arrange for shipment within 1–2 business days.
If an order is submitted after our daily cutoff time, processing will begin on the next business day. Certain specialized items or exceptional circumstances may require a longer processing time.
During promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, order processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address; if you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
The product prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. Where applicable, relevant taxes will be automatically calculated based on the order total during checkout and displayed on the Order Summary page.
For international orders, certain countries or regions may impose import duties or taxes. These fees are collected by local customs authorities, and the specific amounts are determined by the policies of your destination country or region.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email containing a logistics tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status and delivery progress of your package at any time.
If a significant amount of time has passed since shipment without any logistics updates, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer service team for assistance.
Package Receipt and Refusal
We strive to ensure that your package arrives safely. If you notice significant damage to the package's outer packaging upon delivery, we recommend making a note of the damage when signing for the package and contacting us immediately; we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refusing an order—or a portion of the items within a package—without our prior confirmation may result in additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Additionally, please carefully verify your delivery address details when placing an order. Once an order has shipped, it is typically not possible to modify the delivery address; therefore, please ensure that all information is entered accurately.
